Confidential Information
iTwist, as an SMS service provider, acknowledges that confidential information is  Customer information, including the name of the contact person. User name, address, mobile phone number, email address and user - password to use the system  Information that users enter in the system to send SMS, including mobile number database     iTwist is obligated to keep it confidential, not disclose it, and will not distribute or sell customer information to third parties unless: 

1. User owner customer has requested

3. Disclosure is permitted by law. Or as required by law, for example, the Company may be asked to disclose customer information by court order. or by subpoena The Company may also be requested to disclose information to governmental authorities.

Security procedures to protect information

1. When a user - password is requested from a customer who cannot remember the access code, iTwist will send an SMS informing the user - password to the user's mobile number registered with the system only.  
2. Using SMS on the web, all data is encrypted. ITWIT uses 256-bit SSL technology (level 256-bit encryption) that has the same highest security standard as internet banking transactions on the bank's website. Which customers can be assured of safety by observing the green padlock symbol with a https URL throughout use. 
3. Use of sending SMS with API connection, which is sending data between servers. Every server that raids the code must go through firewall security to prevent theft of confidential information.
